Run the site

These how-to guides cover each part of the console at https://missionbroadcast.com/account/ — the place where a parent or invited manager runs a missionary's site day to day.

The console groups everything into areas in the left sidebar. Pick an area and its sections appear in a second menu beside it, so you only ever see the handful of things that belong together:

  • Home — what needs your attention, plus the intake address.
  • Letters — compose, review, send broadcasts; and Test mode.
  • Subscribers — your list, the share/QR code, and the welcome email.
  • Map Pins — plot the mission journey.
  • Public Page — profile, page sections & links, and Help Fund My Mission.
  • Email Design — how broadcasts look (template & look) and read (sender & text).
  • Delivery & Domain — your custom domain, and incoming mail (the letters@… address, approved senders, and reply-to).
  • Account — plan & billing, managers, and privacy & data.

(On a phone, tap the menu button in the top bar to open the same areas.)

  • Dashboard & intake address

Your at-a-glance numbers and the address the missionary emails letters to.

  • Letters

Compose, review pending letters, send broadcasts, manage drafts and trash, and switch on Test mode to trial a broadcast to test recipients only.

  • Subscribers

Add people one at a time or import a whole list, share your sign-up QR code, handle unsubscribes, and write the welcome email new subscribers get.

  • Map pins

Plot the mission journey so supporters can follow along.

  • Public Page

Under Public Page: profile (name, photo, bio, start date), page sections & links, and Help Fund My Mission. (Approved senders and reply-to now live under Delivery & Domain → Incoming mail; Test mode is under Letters.)

  • Email design

Pick a template and style (Template & look), then set the sender name, subject, greeting, signature, and footer (Sender & text), and preview a broadcast.

  • Delivery & Domain

Put the site at your own web address (Custom domain), and manage Incoming mail — the letters@… intake address, approved senders, and where replies go.

  • Managers

Invite a spouse or family member to help run the site. (Under Account.)
