Managers

Running a site is easier with help. The Managers tab lets you invite other people to co-manage a missionary's account — review pending letters, add or remove subscribers, edit settings, and more.

Invite a manager

  1. In the Invite a manager card, enter the person's email address.
  2. Select Send invitation.

They get an email with a sign-in link. A few things to know:

  • The invitation link is valid for 7 days.
  • They must sign in with the Google account that matches the invited email address.
  • Once they accept, they have the same management access you do for this missionary.

Manage existing access

  • Current managers lists everyone who can manage the site, with a way to remove access.
  • Pending invitations shows invites that haven't been accepted yet, who sent them, and when they expire — so you can chase or cancel one.

Senior couples: invite each other

Both spouses on a senior mission can be managers and can both send letters. Invite the other spouse here so you each have your own access.

What a manager can and can't do

Managers can do everything in the console for this missionary — letters, subscribers, map, settings, billing, even inviting more managers. Access is per-missionary, so inviting someone to one site doesn't give them access to another site on your account.
